Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with TrulyWrap. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to have a great experience. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns on unopened and unused items only. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item is in its original, unopened packaging
  • The item has not been used, assembled, or altered in any way
  • The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date
  • You have your order confirmation number or proof of purchase

We do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used, regardless of the reason. This policy exists because of the nature of our products — once moving supplies have been opened or used, they cannot be resold or guaranteed to be in original condition.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Any item with broken seals or removed packaging
  • Any item that shows signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery
  • Bundled items where any component has been opened
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Digital products or downloadable content

How to Request a Return

If your item meets the eligibility criteria above, follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@trulywrap.com with the subject line: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
  2. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
  3. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original packaging using a trackable shipping method
  5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable
  • If a return is rejected because the item does not meet our eligibility criteria, the item will be sent back to you at your expense

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trulywrap.com. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging

We will work with you to issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Wrong Item Received

If you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a free return and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered.

To request a cancellation, email us at info@trulywrap.com as soon as possible with your order number.
