Thank you for shopping with TrulyWrap. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipment notification.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you if there is a significant delay affecting your order.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
We ship using trusted carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. The carrier assigned to your order will be determined at the time of fulfillment based on your location and order size.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.
We do not offer international shipping at this time. Please check back as we plan to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75. This offer applies to the contiguous United States only and will be automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
If you did not receive a tracking number or are having trouble tracking your order, please contact us at info@trulywrap.com.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. TrulyWrap is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you realize you entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at info@trulywrap.com or 469-410-8972. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been processed. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to redirect it.
Lost or Stolen Packages
TrulyWrap is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:
- Checking with neighbors or other members of your household
- Checking around all entry points of your property
- Contacting the carrier directly to file a claim
If you still cannot locate your package after taking these steps, please reach out to us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@trulywrap.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will work with you promptly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund where applicable.
Delays & Disruptions
TrulyWrap is not liable for shipping delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or any other circumstances beyond our control. We will do our best to communicate any known delays that may affect your order.
